Удаление аккаунта
Удаление аккаунта в игре «Морской бой: баллистическая дуэль» — и в приложении для Android, и в браузерной версии: аккаунт там один и тот же.
Из приложения
Профиль → «Удалить аккаунт». Удаление происходит сразу и не требует подтверждения по почте.
Без приложения
Напишите на support@mycompanionly.com с темой «Удаление аккаунта» и укажите свой позывной в игре. Мы удалим аккаунт в течение 30 дней и ответим на то же письмо.
Что удаляется
- позывной и выбранный флаг;
- рейтинг, статистика боёв и записи в таблицах лидеров;
- монеты, жемчуг и открытые корабли;
- список друзей и заявки;
- связь аккаунта с устройством и с профилем Google.
Что остаётся
Обезличенные записи сервера (журналы обращений без позывного и без идентификатора устройства) хранятся до 30 дней — они нужны для разбора сбоев и защиты от злоупотреблений. Связать их с человеком после удаления аккаунта нельзя. Жалобы других игроков, если они были, сохраняются в обезличенном виде.
Account deletion
Deleting your account in Sea Battle: Ballistic Duel — both in the Android app and in the browser version: it is the same account.
From the app
Profile → “Delete account”. Deletion happens immediately and needs no email confirmation.
Without the app
Email support@mycompanionly.com with the subject “Account deletion” and your in-game callsign. The account is deleted within 30 days and we reply to the same address.
What is deleted
- callsign and chosen flag;
- rating, battle statistics and leaderboard entries;
- coins, pearls and unlocked ships;
- friends and pending requests;
- the link between the account, the device and any Google profile.
What is kept
Anonymised server logs — requests without a callsign or device identifier — are kept for up to 30 days for fault diagnosis and abuse protection. They cannot be linked back to a person once the account is gone. Reports filed by other players, if any, are kept in anonymised form.
